When we were entering 2020, few of us would have anticipated what the year would become. Shaped, stretched and pushed by the coronavirus pandemic, the whole world has faced unprecedented challenges that have affected us both as individuals and society. For D&D, 2020 was a year of challenges but also a year of successful solutions that we developed to respond to the ‘new normal’.
Amid the economic mayhem caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, the virtual events and web streaming sector has been experiencing exponential growth. D&D has now taken the virtual event concept to the next level with the production of the first virtual edition of Euroconsult’s World Satellite Business Week, which took place from 9 to 11 November 2020.
Commissioned by Euroconsult, we created a daily summary of each of the five days of the World Satellite Business Week. For the first time the event was captured and shared in near real-time across the event’s website and Euroconsult’s social media channels.
Commissioned by Euroconsult we developed a video for the World Satellite Business Week, which was used to attract key influencers ahead of the unique executive meeting for use on the event’s website and social media.
In a new video for the European Defence Agency (EDA), Design & Data created a series of 2D and 3D visuals with a series of overlays and video cuts to illustrate the need for governmental satellite communications (GovSatcom). The video includes the latest in visual illustration techniques in a fast-paced, dynamic representation.
