Accelerating Outcomes Through the Power of Workshops

Challenge

In today’s fast-paced work environment, traditional meetings often fail to deliver clear outcomes. To address this widespread issue, Design & Data developed a workshop methodology inspired by Jake Knapp’s Sprint book. These highly interactive workshops follow our customized 4C’s Framework: Collect, Choose, Create, and Commit.

Our approach ensures that all participants — regardless of role or personality type — can contribute meaningfully through an anonymized note-taking system. For the European Space Agency (ESA), we facilitated a workshop that helped design the content for a documentary celebrating 30 years of European satellite navigation.
