Accelerating Outcomes Through the Power of Workshops

Challenge

In today’s fast-paced work environment, traditional meetings often fail to deliver clear outcomes. To address this widespread issue, Design & Data developed a workshop methodology inspired by Jake Knapp’s Sprint book. Our workshops are designed to streamline communication and foster decisive, solution-driven discussions. These highly interactive workshops follow our customized 4C’s Framework: Collect, Choose, Create, and Commit.

Each session is designed to gather comprehensive data, prioritize ideas, and drive action, with a focus on efficiency and inclusivity. Our approach ensures that all participants — regardless of role or personality type — can contribute meaningfully through an anonymized note-taking system. For the European Space Agency (ESA), we facilitated a workshop that helped design the content for a documentary celebrating 30 years of European satellite navigation. Aviaspace benefited from a workshop that defined “Digitalisation” in the Bremen Aerospace sector and developed public communication strategies around it.
