For ECMWF we have produced an “explanimation” video. Its aim was to briefly inform a general audience about the discovery, the origin and the historic international collaboration of the UN to deal with the Ozone hole. It was published on ECMWF’s social media together with the annual animation they publish on the annual reappearance of the Ozone hole.
Through our creative spirit, Design & Data is always keen to take on new challenges to become thought leaders for the space and science industry. We have prepared a showreel, which highlights some of our more interesting work over the last two years – from documentary series to event organisation, 3D animations and immersive video.
For ECMWF we have produced an explainer animation video about CO2 emissions. It was created to be used by ECMWF in presentations to stakeholders, in this case policymakers, in order to explain the relevance and need for the new proposed Copernicus capability to monitor CO2 emissions.
Founded out of Startup Weekend Space: Bremen in 2015, co-organised by Design & Data, Valispace has continued to develop its business idea towards a latest seed round of €1 million from High-Tech Gründerfonds. As it looks to position itself more clearly in the market, it asked Design & Data where it could improve on its branding to be sure to communicate their message clearly and effectively.
Based on our work on the ESA cartoon series “The Adventures of Rosetta & Philae”, we are happy to announce the first full feature full-dome movie that we have produced can now be watched in planetaria around the world.
For EUMETSAT we produced a series of documentary videos on what it’s like to work at its headquarters in Darmstadt. As it prepares a recruitment drive, the videos were used to attract young people to its Early Career Programme and give audiences an insight to its unique and friendly working environment.
Following the great success of the PhiWeek Bootcamp, we are pleased to showcase the highlights of the event through a new video and a summary report. 38 participants from over 10 countries showed the high international resonance. For many participants, this cultural diversity contributed to the success of the event and to the development of innovative and groundbreaking business ideas.
Commissioned by Euroconsult we developed a video for the World Satellite Business Week, which was used to attract key influencers ahead of the unique executive meeting for use on the event’s website and social media.
